Book anything you need

Choose a building and a day to see what’s available, from desks and rooms to parking spots, laptops, equipment, and other workplace resources. See occupied hours upfront, find an available slot, and switch to the floor plan to see where physical spaces are and book them directly from the map.

Set the rules for how each resource can be used. Control who can book it with access profiles, how far in advance bookings can be made, how long a booking can last, whether bookings can span multiple days, and when it’s unavailable. Resources can also require approval from the right person, while others can require check-in and automatically release bookings when nobody shows up.

Book something for a colleague and see all your bookings in one place. From availability to approval to check-in, the whole booking process now lives in fam.

The checklist builder, rebuilt

Choose the right question type without digging through a long list. Each question shows the type of answer it collects, and picking one opens a catalogue grouped by what you're asking for: verdicts, dates, choices, numbers, matrices, references, and evidence. Each type includes a line on when to use it. Sections collapse one at a time or all at once, and you can search a long checklist by question instead of scrolling through it.

Write conditions with more confidence. They now check themselves as you go, and the builder tells you when a rule can never match or when every answer already passes it. It also explains why, whether the range starts above where it ends, the option it references was deleted, or it reads a question that comes after the one it controls.

SLA deadlines, opened from the priority

Understand exactly how each ticket's SLA was calculated. Click its priority to see the targets for acceptance, first attendance, and resolution, when each deadline falls, and whether it was met. The calendar underneath shows how each deadline was reached, including the hours and days that counted towards it and those that never do.

Ticket #51301 is a working example from the product demo. Open the demo to work one.

The priority on ticket #51301, which missed its first attendance by six hours.

Nudges, private to the people you pick

Nudge someone about a ticket without adding a comment. You can nudge people about tickets, planned tickets, costs, or quotes, choosing who should see it and what you need from them: input, a review, help because you're blocked, or simply that they know.

Nudges stay completely off the ticket. They leave no comment or timeline entry, and nobody else can see that a nudge was sent. It reaches only the people you picked, in their inbox and on their phone, with email included if they've opted in. Find it in the card menu, beside Watch and Set reminder.

Workspaces, one subscription

Run multiple workspaces under one organization. Each workspace is its own space, with separate locations, assets, categories, and ticket numbers, so an internal team and an outward-facing service arm no longer have to share the same set of records.

All workspaces stay on one subscription, with a single invoice and one place to manage billing. Create a workspace from the organization switcher. Seats are counted per workspace, so someone who administers two workspaces holds a seat in each, with the additional cost shown before you confirm.

Labels, one per language

Make your own labels work across all seven app languages. Statuses, priorities, categories, and other labels you define can each have their own translation, so everyone sees them in their preferred language.

Empty fields can be translated automatically, while anything you leave blank falls back to the organization's default language.

Aug 3

Organization views and dashboard views

Share saved views with the people who need them. Admins can share a view with everyone in the organization, everyone with a specific permission profile, or specific people. Shared views appear in each person's views list and can be opened but not changed. Anyone who wants to make their own version can save a personal copy.

Saved views can now capture dashboards too, including their widgets, layout, and selected time range. Reopen a view and the dashboard comes back exactly as it was saved. Shared dashboard views are read-only for users, while admins can continue editing the shared version.

Sorting by up to three fields

Sort tickets, planned work, and costs by up to three fields at once. Each level has its own direction, with labels that match the field, such as Newest first, Highest first, or A to Z.

Your sort configuration is saved in the URL, so it carries over to saved views, bookmarks, and shared links. On mobile, the sort panel stays open while you make changes, making it easier to build the exact order you want.

Jul 29

Table view, with the columns you choose

See tickets, planned work, and costs as a table. Choose your columns from the full field list, drag them into the order you need, and sort by any of them. Group rows by status, phase, assignee, location, or priority, then collapse the groups you are not looking at.

Costs and quotes now include dedicated money columns for labor, materials, shipping, travel, and totals before and after tax, all converted to your reporting currency. Build a table around the question you are asking and save it as its own view, together with the filters that produced it.

Jul 18

Translation, now in 130+ languages

Translate tickets, planned work, and costs into more than 130 languages. Open any card, choose Translate, and select the language you want. The card and its notes are translated together, so you can read the whole thing in one place.

Your own app language stays pinned at the top as the default, and Show original is always one tap away when you need to switch back.

Jul 15

The Requester seat, a free tier for everyone who reports

A completely new seat tier. Anyone can raise a request, follow it to done, and rate the finished work, on a free Requester seat. Paid seats stay for the people who run the work; reporting a dripping tap costs nothing.

Jul 14

Checklists 2.0, sections, scoring, and asset references

Build inspection-grade checklists with sections, score the answers with a live gauge, and pin any step to the asset it describes. There is a longer story on the blog.

Jul 11

Floor plans, areas and assets on the plan

Upload a floor plan, mark your areas on it, and pin assets where they actually stand. A list of names becomes a plan you can point at.
