You can now nudge someone about a ticket, a planned ticket, a cost or a quote, pointing them at it without writing a comment. Pick the people who should see it and say what you are asking for, whether that is their input, a review, that you are blocked on them, or simply that they should know.

A nudge leaves nothing on the ticket: no comment and no timeline entry, and nobody else can see that it happened. It reaches only the people you picked, in their inbox and on their phone, and by email if they have asked for that. Open it from the card menu, beside Watch and Set reminder.

An organization can now run fam. as more than one workspace. Each one is its own space, with its own locations, assets, categories and ticket numbers, so an internal team and an outward-facing service arm no longer have to share one set of records.

They all settle on one subscription, so there is a single invoice and a single place to manage it. Create a workspace from the organization switcher; seats are counted per workspace, so someone who administers two holds a seat in each, and the cost is shown before you confirm.

Statuses, priorities, categories, and all other labels you define yourself can be written in each of the seven app languages, and each person sees them in their own language. Empty fields can be automatically translated, and anything you leave blank falls back to the organization's default language.

Admins can share a saved view with everyone in the organization, with holders of a permission profile, or with specific people. Users see it in their views list and can open it, but not change it; anyone who wants their own version can save a personal copy.

A saved view can now also capture a dashboard: the widgets on it, their layout, and the selected time range. Reopening the view restores the dashboard exactly as it was saved. Shared dashboard views appear read-only for users, and admins can keep editing the shared version.

Tickets, planned work and costs can now be read as a table. Pick your columns from the full field list, drag them into the order you think in, and sort by any one of them. Group the rows by status, phase, assignee, location or priority, and fold away the groups you are not looking at.

Costs and quotes bring their own money columns: labor, materials, shipping, travel, and the totals before and after tax, each converted into your reporting currency. Arrange a table that suits the question you are asking and save it as its own view, alongside the filters that produced it.

A completely new seat tier. Anyone can raise a request, follow it to done, and rate the finished work, on a free Requester seat. Paid seats stay for the people who run the work; reporting a dripping tap costs nothing.

Upload a floor plan, mark your areas on it, and pin assets where they actually stand. A list of names becomes a plan you can point at.
