Years of running day-to-day operations for global brands taught us the same lesson at every company: the work itself was never the hard part. The hard part was everything around it. Plenty of software has tickets. In most of it, a ticket is paperwork: a form you fill in so the system stays happy, a row in somebody's queue. In fam., the ticket is the job itself.
