Bed in Room 205 will not elevate. The motor makes a grinding noise and stops after moving a few centimeters. The post-op orthopedic patient cannot sit up independently, causing discomfort and delaying recovery. Urgent repair required.

EMERGENCY · Jacuzzi not heating, pump leaking

During the SPA inspection, the jacuzzi did not reach 38°C and is leaking near the circulation pump. Irregular knocking sounds are audible, and the control panel shows error code E3. Immediate verification is required: check the seals, hydraulic connections, pump, heater, and controller calibration. Use of the SPA area is limited until repairs are completed.
