Service delivery
Service providers are essential to successful facilities management. This plan is always free.
Facilities
Starting from €90 per month, enjoy full access to fam. for up to 3 users. As your team grows, your plan grows with you, and additional users can be added for just €30 each per month.
Your dedicated onboarding is led by your fam. admin, a personal contact who supports you throughout the entire setup process and beyond. It includes:
- Full system configuration, including locations, ticket types, categories, areas, assets, priorities, requests and assignments
- Setting up users with individual access levels and permissions
- Adding and connecting external service providers or contractors
- Personalized training sessions for your team and all platform users
- Guidance on best practices for daily operations and maintenance management
- Continuous post-onboarding support from your fam. admin for any questions or adjustments
We accept all major credit cards and iDEAL / SEPA Direct Debit.
Please note: fam. is billed in Euro (EUR) and in Polish zloty (PLN), with PLN billing available only for companies registered in Poland.

No, you only pay for your chosen plan and any optional additional users you decide to add.
You can easily upgrade or downgrade between the Service Delivery and Facilities plans, and add or remove users at any time. Users can be purchased individually, giving you full flexibility. Simply head to fam. board settings / Plans » to make changes.
